George W. Woodworth graduated from a Southern California High School, and then served four years in the United States Air Force, including a one-year tour of duty as a Non-Commissioned Officer in South Vietnam, at Tan Son Nhut Air Base, in Saigon. He received his undergraduate college credits from the University of Maryland, Brigham Young University, and he received his Bachelor’s degree from the California State University, Fullerton, where he also attended Graduate School. |

He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law in 1976. He was subsequently admitted to the California State Bar in December, 1976. He has been an Attorney in good standing in the State Bar ever since, and has never been disciplined by the Bar. He has also been admitted to practice before various Federal District Courts, and before the Supreme Court of the United States since 1980.
He has been Practicing Criminal Defense Law in Southern California for more than 30 years, and has been a Partner in a National Law Firm. His main office is in the City of Norwalk, California, and his law practice now emphasizes the defense of Major Felonies, such as, Murder, Robbery, Arson, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Grand Theft, Fraud, Forgery, “Three Strikes” cases, Manslaughter, Gun and Gang cases. However, he still handles misdemeanors including DUI cases, DMV/license matters, Petty/Grand theft
cases, etc., “from Mischief to Murder,” as George always says.
He and his wife have four children and reside in Southern California, but George travels, and appears in ALL counties in California, and in many other states. There is No Substitute for Experience.
